Gutted angler Kurt Price caught and then ate a whopping fish – only to later realise it was a record-breaker.

Kurt (25) was delighted with the monster sea bass he caught while fishing from the shore at Tenby, Wales, but never thought it was big enough to be a record. Only after he had filleted, cooked and ate it did he look into the record books and realise his catch would have beaten the existing entry.
